基于石川图与多元logistic回归分析的急危重症患者抢救室滞留时间控制研究

Control of Emergency Room Stay Time in Critically Ill Patients Based on Ishikawa Diagram and Multiple Logistic Regression Analysis

分析影响急危重症患者在抢救室滞留时间的关键因素,进一步提出并验证针对这些因素的干预策略。选取2022年7月—2023年4月入抢救室的患者共1299例为研究对象。应用石川图从多维度(如人员、设备、环境等)进行定性分析,并通过量表调查进行定量分析。数据经过单因素分析和多元logistic回归分析。结果显示,石川图分析揭示了患者经济问题、设备不便、缺乏临床路径、人性化沟通缺失等为主要影响因素。单因素和多元logistic回归分析进一步确认了满员情况、等待床位、沟通障碍等为关键影响因素。研究发现,本研究成功地识别了影响急危重症患者抢救室滞留时间的多个关键因素,并通过综合干预策略有效地缩短了滞留时间,提高了患者满意度,有助于优化急危重症医疗服务,提高患者治疗效果和生存质量。

Analyze key factors that affect the retention time of critically ill patients in the emergency room,and further propose and validate intervention strategies targeting these factors.A total of 1299 patients who were admitted to the emergency room from July 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Qualitative analysis is conducted using the Ishikawa diagram from multiple dimensions(such as personnel,equipment,environment,etc.),and quantitative analysis is conducted through scale surveys.The data was analyzed through single factor analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis.The results showed that the Ishikawa diagram analysis revealed that the main infl uencing factors were patient economic issues,inconvenient equipment,lack of clinical pathways,and lack of humanized communication.Single factor and multiple logistic regression analysis further confi rmed that factors such as full capacity,waiting for beds,and communication barriers were key infl uencing factors.The study found that this study successfully identifi ed multiple key factors affecting the retention time of critically ill patients in the emergency room,and effectively shortened the retention time and improved patient satisfaction through comprehensive intervention strategies.These findings contribute to optimizing emergency and critical care medical services,improving patient treatment outcomes and quality of life.
