创新型护理干预在乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者护理中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Innovative Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Patients with Decompensated Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

对乙肝肝硬化失代偿期的患者进行创新型护理干预的临床护理效果展开分析和研究。选择2021年10月—2022年10月期间滨州医学院附属医院收治的82例乙肝肝硬化失代偿期的患者为研究对象,根据随机方式将其分为两组,其中对照组(n=41)进行常规护理,观察组(n=41)进行创新型护理,分析对比两组的满意度和治疗前后情绪方面的情况。观察组经计算其护理满意度为97.56%,对照组是85.37%,组间差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义;实施创新型护理的观察组,其SAS和SDS评分显著降低,且降低幅度较对照组大(P<0.05),组间差异明显,有统计学意义。护理干预后,两组的生活质量评分显著升高,睡眠质量评分显著降低,观察组相关指标优于对照组的(P<0.05),有统计学意义。研究发现,乙肝肝硬化失代偿期的患者在护理中进行创新型护理干预可满足患者对护理质量的要求,同时可有效缓解患者的不良心理情绪,改善患者睡眠质量,提高其生活质量,临床价值显著。

The clinical nursing effect of innovative nursing intervention for patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis was analyzed and studied.From October 2021 to October 2022,82 patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis who were admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=41)received conventional nursing,and the observation group(n=41)received innovative nursing.The satisfaction and emotional situation before and after treatment of the two groups were analyzed and compared.The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was calculated to be 97.56%,while that of the control group was 85.37%.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05)and statistically significant;The observation group implementing innovative nursing showed a significant decrease in SAS and SDS scores,and the reduction was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),with significant differences between the groups and statistical significance.After nursing intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups significantly increased,while the sleep quality scores significantly decreased.The relevant indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The study found that innovative nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in the decompensation period can meet the patients’requirements for nursing quality,and can effectively alleviate the patients’bad psychological emotions,improve the patients’sleep quality,and improve their quality of life,with significant clinical value.
