腔镜器械细节化管理在提高手术护理配合质量中的效果探究

Exploration and Discussion on the Effect of Detailed Management of Laparoscopic Instruments on Improving the Quality of Surgical Nursing Cooperation

分析腔镜器械细节化管理对提高手术护理配合质量的效果。选取2021年1月—2023年1月于滨州医学院附属医院接受腔镜手术治疗的280例患者为研究对象,根据入院时间将患者分为两组,其中,2022年1月前入院的140例患者纳入对照组,2022年1月后入院的140例患者纳入观察组。对照组进行常规器械管理,观察组在此基础上实施腔镜器械细节化管理,评估腔镜器械不良情况、腔镜器械管理质量、手术护理配合质量。结果显示,观察组腔镜器械不良发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的12.14%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的器械准备、器械使用、器械回收、安全管理、无菌操作等腔镜器械管理质量评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的可靠性、保证性、有形性、响应性、移情性等手术护理配合质量评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究发现,实施腔镜器械细节化管理可降低腔镜器械不良发生率,提高腔镜器械管理质量以及手术护理配合质量,值得推广。

This paper analyzes the effect of detailed management of endoscopic instruments on improving the quality of surgical nursing cooperation.280 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery at Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the admission time,patients were divided into two groups.Among them,140 patients admitted before January 2022 were included in the control group,and 140 patients admitted after January 2022 were included in the observation group.The control group received routine instrument management,while the observation group received detailed management of endoscopic instruments on this basis.Evaluate the poor condition of endoscopic instruments,the quality of endoscopic instrument management,and the quality of surgical nursing cooperation.The results showed that the incidence of endoscopic instrument defects in the observation group was 2.86%,lower than the control group’s 12.14%,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The quality scores of laparoscopic instrument management in the observation group,including instrument preparation,instrument use,instrument recycling,safety management,and sterile operation,were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The quality scores of surgical nursing cooperation,such as reliability,assurance,tangibility,responsiveness,and empathy,in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing detailed management of endoscopic instruments can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of endoscopic instrument management and surgical nursing cooperation,and is worth promoting.
