摘要
赤水河流域是我国酱香型白酒生产的黄金地带,近年来,该区域各地方政府将“旅游+白酒”融合作为新的经济增长点,从而推动区域高端化、产业化和区域一体化发展。但是,赤水河流域的白酒旅游业态在发展的过程中还存在不少问题,结合实际,针对性地提出了区域协作、酒旅融合、人才培养、品牌打造等发展策略。
Chishui River Basin is the golden zone for the production of Maotai flavor Baijiu in China.In recent years,local governments in this region have taken the integration of"tourism+Baijiu"as a new economic growth point to promote the development of regional premiumisation,industrialization and regional integration.However,there are still many problems in the development of Baijiu tourism in the Chishui River Basin.Based on realities,the targeted development strategies such as regional cooperation,integration of liquor and tourism,talent training,brand building,etc.are put forward in this article.
