一种对品酒员能力进行评测的方法

摘要 通过历年品酒数据的统计和对比发现:基于统计的方法可以评判品酒员的品酒能力,可以用于黄酒品酒员的培训、考试,为黄酒品酒员标准化评测提供理论指导和技术支撑。这些统计的指标和方法也可以为相近行业类似评测作参考。 Through the statistics and comparison of wine tasting data over the years,it is found that the method based on statistics can evaluate the wine tasting ability of wine tasters,and can be used for the training and examination of Huangjiu tasters,providing theoretical guidance and technical support for the standardized evaluation of Huangjiu tasters.These statistical indicators and methods can also be used as reference for similar evaluation in similar industries.
