纳滤膜制备反应液中水相哌嗪含量的测试方法

摘要 针对纳滤膜生产过程中出现的性能下降问题,本文采用顶空进样器进样,通过高温加热、小体积进样和添加表面活性剂等方式解决了氢键作用力问题,建立了纳滤膜制备反应液中哌嗪含量测试方法,准确表征哌嗪含量。该方法简单快速,无需前处理,重复性最大相对偏差1.69%,准确性验证最大相对误差2.33%,均达到预期目标。 In response to the problem of performance degradation during the production of nanofiltration membranes,a headspace sampler was used to inject samples.The problem of hydrogen bonding force was solved through high-temperature heating,small volume injection,and the addition of surfactants.A testing method for the piperazine content in the reaction solution of nanofiltration membrane preparation was established to accurately characterize the piperazine content.This method is simple,fast,and does not require preprocessing.The maximum relative deviation for repeatability is 169%,and the maximum relative error for accuracy verification is 233%,all of which have achieved the expected goals.
