摘要
传统的森林防火监测与预警系统缺少对火灾图像的滤波去噪过程,影响最终的监测效果。为此,基于无人机航拍技术设计了一种新的森林防火监测与预警技术。通过无人机航拍的方式采集森林图像,对图像实施滤波降噪处理,从形态学的角度提取图像中火灾、烟雾等目标的圆形度特征,通过特征识别结果设计森林火灾识别预警流程。对比试验结果表明,所设计的监测与预警技术的监测效果更佳,用于森林火灾的实时监测和预警具有较好的效果。
Traditional system for forest fire monitoring and early warning lacked filtering and denoising of fire images which affected overall monitoring effect.A new forest fire monitoring and early warning system was therefor designed based on UAV photography.Forest imagines were collected by UAV and filtering and denoising procedure were carried out,circular features of fire,smoke and other targets were extracted from the imagines based on a morphological perspective,forest fire identification and early warning process was designed through the feature recognition results.Comparative experiment results showed that designed system provided better monitoring results which could be suitable for real-time forest fire monitoring and early warning.
