玉米农药残留超标会严重威胁到民众的饮食安全,因此注重玉米质量安全控制对保证食品安全,保障大众的身心健康和维护农产品市场秩序稳定具有重要的意义。本文结合实际工作经验,综述了玉米生产过程中农药残留的现状,提出了玉米农药残留质量安全控制对策,希望对玉米食品安全监测提供参考。

Corn pesticide residues exceeding the standard will seriously threaten the food safety of the public,paying attention to the quality and safety control of corn to protect the physical and mental health of the public and to maintain the stability of agricultural products market order are of great significance.The current situation of pesticide residues in corn was summarized according to actual work experience,and control countermeasures for quality and safety of corn pesticide residues were proposed which could provided references for supervision of food safety of corn.
