某安置房项目装配式纵肋叠合剪力墙技术的应用

随着建筑施工技术的不断发展,新型建筑工程逐渐出现,其具备建造流程的高效性、设计与施工阶段的信息化共享性以及施工阶段的工业化程度高,满足现代建筑施工要求。装配式纵肋叠合剪力墙结构体系属于混凝土剪力墙结构一种,分属于叠合式混凝土剪力墙结构,纵肋叠合剪力墙由两侧钢筋混凝土板和连接两侧混凝土板的纵肋组合而成,并带有空腔的预制构件,空腔灌注自密实混凝土代替套筒灌浆工艺,保证工程的施工质量和安全,并具有施工简便快捷的优点。基于本项目的施工实践,对工程概况、构件深化设计、施工工艺要求等进行论述,本工程的纵肋叠合剪力墙施工技术相比于传统的装配式套筒灌浆技术有了长足的进步,满足装配式结构安全以及使用要求,对于装配式结构的发展来说具有非常好的应用前景。

With the continuous development of construction technology,new types of construction projects is being observed,it is necessary to have high efficiency in the construction process,information sharing in the design and construction stages,and a high degree of industrialization in the construction stage in order to meet the requirements of modern building construction.For the prefabricated longitudinal rib composite shear wall structure system,it belongs to a type of concrete shear wall structure,which is divided into composite concrete shear wall structures.The longitudinal rib composite shear wall is composed of reinforced concrete slabs on both sides and longitudinal ribs connecting the concrete slabs on both sides,and is equipped with prefabricated components with cavities.The cavity is filled with self compacting concrete instead of sleeve grouting technology,ensuring the construction quality and safety of the project,And it has the advantages of simple and fast construction.Based on the construction practice of this project,the project overview,detailed design of components,and construction process requirements are discussed.Compared with traditional prefabricated sleeve grouting technology,the construction technology of longitudinal rib com posite shear wall in this project has made significant progress,meeting the safety and usage requirements of prefabricated structures.It has a very good application prospect for the development of prefabricated structures.
