摘要
公交场站是保障公共汽车运营的关键基础要素,是公交优先发展的必须资源投入。受土地资源紧缺的限制,公交首末站普遍存在不永久、滞后于城市发展的问题。本文针对公交场站建设推进难和场站发展模式转型要求,提出了在嘉兴市区推行配建公交场站的可行性,明确了配建公交场站的技术标准和实施机制,为相关规划的编制和公交场站的建设提供参考。
Bus station is the key basic element to ensure the operation of buses,and it is the necessary resource input for the priority development of buses.Restricted by the shortage of land resources,there is a common problem that the bus terminals are not permanent and lag behind urban development.In view of the difficulty in promoting the bus terminals and the requirements for the transformation of the development mode,this paper puts forward the feasibility of implementing the construction of bus terminals in Jiaxing City,and clarifies the technical standards and implementation mechanism,so as to provide reference for the compilation of relevant plans and constructions.
