摘要
幼儿园教师幼小衔接胜任力水平是影响幼小衔接教育质量的关键因素。本研究以扎根理论为工具,对幼儿园教师幼小衔接胜任力的现状进行调查与分析。研究发现,幼儿园教师幼小衔接胜任力呈现“力有不速”的状态:幼小衔接工作资源匮乏;教师人力资本存量不足;非经济性沟通成本加剧。建议通过改善组织支持方式,开展多种形式定向培训和健全三方联合教研机制,不断提升幼儿园教师幼小衔接胜任力。
The competence level of kindergarten teachers during the transition from kindergarten to primary school is a crucial factor that impacts the quality of transition education.This study employs grounded theory to investigate and analyze the current situation of kindergarten teachers'competence in early childhood transition.The research has revealed that kindergarten teachers'competence during the transition is"insufficient."There is a lack of resources for early childhood transition work,a shortage of human capital among teachers,and an increase in the cost of non-economic communication.To address these issues,we suggest improving organizational support methods,conducting various forms of targeted training,and implementing a tripartite joint teaching and research mechanism to continuously enhance the competence of kindergarten teachers in connecting early childhood and primary school.
