With the increasing complexity and scale of construction engineering,the importance of quality management strategy is particularly prominent.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current problems of quality management,and studies new management strategies and technical means,including the use of big data and artificial intelligence technology,so as to predict and manage the project quality more effectively.
