With the development of society,people put forward higher requirements for the comfort,functionality and aesthetics of buildings.Therefore,the emergence of BIM technology has provided strong support to meet the changing needs of architectural design and solve the defects in construction,especially in the architectural design of large commercial complex,and its application effect is remarkable.This paper will deeply discuss the application of BIM technology in the architectural design of large-scale commercial complex.Starting from the technical connotation and characteristics,combined with the actual engineering case,this paper will explore its collaborative design function,in order to enhance the optimization value of architectural design scheme.
