摘要 离合器是摩托车发动机重要的组成部件,摩擦片是离合器的核心零件,离合器的作用是传递和切断发动机的动力,同时起到过载保护的作用。传统的离合器摩擦片磨损快和起步发响成为近几年来摩托车市场反映比较普遍的问题,黄山奔马集团根据市场需要,经过多次试验研发出摩擦性能更加优异的108摩擦材料,创新“碳碳共渗”的配方和固化工艺,使摩擦材料更加耐久、耐磨、耐高温,广泛适用于大排量骑式摩托车和大载荷三轮摩托车,收到了良好的市场效果。 The clutch is an important component of a motorcycle engine,and the friction plate is the core part of the clutch.The function of the clutch is to transmit and cut off the power of the engine,and it also plays a role in overload protection.In recent years,the rapid wear and noisy start of traditional clutch friction plates have become the common problems in the motorcycle market.Huangshan Benma Group has developed 108 friction materials with better friction performance through many tests to satisfy the market needs,and innovated the formula and curing process of“Carbonitriding”to make the friction materials more durable,wear-resistant and heat-resistant.They had been widely applicable to large displacement riding motorcycles and heavy load tricycles and received good market results.
