挡水板结构对转炉氧枪喷头冷却效果的研究

摘要 明确氧枪喷头的表面温度以及氧枪喷头内的水冷特性对于改进氧枪的水冷效果至关重要,然而炉内的高温恶劣环境导致常规实验测定水冷效果困难。研究采用数值模拟对三种不同结构的挡水板建立模型,重点分析挡水板结构对喷头端面温度、水冷道内流场和冷却水换热量等影响。结果发现:挡水板包围喷孔且末端长度长于喷孔30 mm能够有效降低喷头端面的最高温度,减小端面高温区面积。采用文中方案Ⅲ设计挡水板的换热量较方案Ⅰ和方案Ⅱ分别提高了25040和7060 kW。 It is very important to clarify the surface temperature of the oxygen lance nozzle and the water-cooling characteristics in the oxygen lance nozzle to improve the water-cooling effect of the oxygen lance.However,the high temperature and harsh environment in the furnace makes it difficult to determine the water-cooling effect in routine experiments.In this research,numerical simulation is used to establish models for three different structures of water baffle,and the influence of water baffle structure on nozzle end temperature,flow field in water cooling channel,cooling water heat transfer and so on is analyzed.The results show that the water baffle surrounding the nozzle hole and the end length is 30 mm longer than the diameter of the nozzle hole,which can effectively reduce the maximum temperature of the nozzle end face and reduce the area of the high temperature area of the end face.Compared with schemeⅠand schemeⅡ,the heat exchange capacity of the water baffle designed in schemeⅢis increased by 25040 and 7060 kW respectively.
