基于铜与砷物质流分析的铜火法论述

摘要 通过物质流分析方法研究了铜火法冶金过程中铜和砷的变化。建立了铜和砷的质量平衡和物质流图,并采用直接回收率、废物回收率和资源效率等指标对系统的代谢效率进行了评价。结果表明,铜的资源效率为97.58%,铜在冶炼、转化和精炼过程中的直接回收率分别为91.96%、97.13%和99.47%。同时,在生产1t铜的过程中,有10kg的砷进入系统,在尾矿中产生1.07kg的砷,在砷废渣中产生8.50kg的砷,在废水中产生0.05kg的砷。还分析了砷在冶炼、转化和精炼过程中的分布和转化行为,并根据物质流分析提出了一些提高铜资源利用效率和污染控制的建议。 The changes in copper and arsenic during copper pyrometallurgy were studied using material flow analysis method.We established a mass balance and material flow diagram for copper and arsenic,and evaluated the metabolic efficiency of the system using indicators such as direct recovery rate,waste recovery rate,and resource efficiency.The results show that the resource efficiency of copper is 97.58%,and the direct recovery rates of copper in the smelting,conversion,and refining processes are 91.96%,97.13%,and 99.47%,respectively.Meanwhile,during the production of 1 ton of copper,10 kg of arsenic enters the system,producing 1.07 kg of arsenic in tailings,8.50 kg of arsenic in arsenic waste residue,and 0.05 kg of arsenic in wastewater.We also analyzed the distribution and transformation behavior of arsenic in the smelting,conversion,and refining processes,and proposed some suggestions to improve the efficiency of copper resource utilization and pollution control based on material flow analysis.
