一种快速测定选矿废水中硅酸根离子的方法

摘要 本白钨浮选的废水主要污染物有PH值、COD、SiO32-和一些固定悬浮物等,其中大量水玻璃作为白钨浮选抑制剂的使用,在选矿废水和尾砂库溢流水回用中产生大量硅酸根,也是造成废水在回用于浮选生产中影响选矿指标和精矿质量的主要因素。本文主要研究白钨选矿废水中硅酸根离子快速检测方法,草酸和二氯化锡联合使用将硅钼黄还原成硅钼蓝,然后在最大吸收波长下测定吸光度,根据朗伯比尔定律即可得到各水质废水点中硅酸根离子的含量。此方法可以快速检测出废水中硅酸根含量,方法快速,精确度高,能快速指导生产。 The main pollutants in the waste water of scheelite flotation include PH value,COD,SiO32-and some fixed suspended solids.In fact,the use of a large amount of sodium silicate as a flotation inhibitor of scheelite produces a large amount of silicate in the reuse of beneficiation waste water and overflow water from tailings pond,which is also the main factor that affects the beneficiation index and concentrate quality in the reuse of waste water in flotation production.This paper mainly studies the rapid detection method of silicate ion in scheelite beneficiation wastewater.Oxalic acid and tin dichloride are used together to reduce the silicomolybdenum yellow to silicomolybdenum blue,and then the absorbance is measured at the maximum absorption wavelength.According to Lambert Beer's law,the content of silicate ion in each water quality wastewater point can be obtained.This method can quickly detect the content of silicate in waste water,which is fast and accurate,and can guide production quickly.
