摘要 本论文旨在探讨新型选矿设备在露天矿山选矿工程中的应用及性能评估。随着矿业工程的发展,传统的选矿设备在处理复杂矿石时遇到了挑战,因此需要引入新型设备以提高选矿效率。首先介绍了几种新型选矿设备的类型和原理,然后详细分析了它们在露天矿山选矿工程中的应用情况。通过对实际案例的研究,评估了这些新型设备的性能,包括其处理能力、选矿效率和环保性能等方面。研究结果表明,新型选矿设备在提高矿石处理效率和资源利用率方面具有巨大潜力,同时也有望减少环境影响。本研究为露天矿山选矿工程中新型设备的应用提供了有益的参考,有助于推动矿业工程的可持续发展。 This paper aims to discuss the application and performance evaluation of new mineral processing equipment in open pit mineral processing engineering.With the development of mining engineering,the traditional beneficiation equipment meets challenges in handling complex ores,so new equipment needs to be introduced to improve the beneficiation efficiency.We first introduce the types and principles of several new beneficiation equipment,and then analyze their application in open-pit beneficiation engineering in detail.By studying real cases,we evaluated the performance of these new devices,including their processing capacity,mineral processing efficiency and environmental performance.The results show that the new beneficiation equipment has great potential in improving the ore treatment efficiency and resource utilization rate,and is also expected to reduce the environmental impact.This study provides a useful reference for the application of new equipment in open-pit mines,and helps to promote the sustainable development of mining engineering.
