摘要 本法采用王水(1∶1)溶样-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地球化学样品中的汞。研究了王水消解样品的前处理条件,并对仪器分析参数进行了优化,确定了最佳的实验条件。本方法测定汞的检出限为0.053μg/kg。本方法的精密度(RSD,n=12)为2.54%~5.50%;回收率为95.6%~104.3%。本法操作简单、质谱干扰小,精密度良好,通过测定国家一级标准物质GBW 07403、GBW 07428等中的汞,测定值与标准值或参考值吻合,试验流程短,分析速度快,符合地球化学样品的检测要求,可行性高,适合样品的批量生产。 The A method was developed for the determination of Mercury in geochemistry samples by AQUA REGIA 1∶1 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The pretreatment conditions of sample digested by Aqua regia were studied.The Analytical Parameters of the instrument were optimized and the optimum experimental conditions were determined.The detection limit of this method is 0.053μg/kg.The precision of this method was RSD 2.54%~5.50%for n 12,and the recovery was 95.6%~104.3%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,low interference by mass spectrometry and good precision.The method can be used to determine mercury in national standard substances GBW 07403 and GBW 07428.The measured value is in accordance with the standard value or the reference value.The test flow is short,the analysis speed is fast,and the method meets the test requirements of geochemistry samples.
