摘要
独居石是一种磷酸盐矿物,很少有独立的矿床,通常与锆、钛、锡等有色金属矿伴生,因此在开采这些有色金属矿的同时,独居石作为副产品加以回收。据调查,我国每年约有5万吨独居石精矿生产能力。独居石富含铀、钍、稀土等有价元素,但目前主要用作提炼稀土原料,铀、钍资源未得到很好的回收利用。本文对低酸度、低温度浸取独居石渣工艺进行可行性分析,同时对综合利用独居石渣回收有价元素的经济性进行研究,研究表明工艺可行,经济价值高。
Monazite is a phosphate mineral that rarely has independent deposits and is usually associated with nonferrous metals such as zirconium,titanium,and tin,thus it can be recovered as a by-product while these nonferrous metals are mined.According to the investigation,China has an annual production capacity of about 50,000 tons of monazite concentrate.Monazite is rich in valuable elements such as uranium,thorium and rare earth,but it is mainly used as raw material for refining rare earth at present,and the resources of uranium and thorium are not well recycled.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the process of leaching monazite slag with low acidity and low temperature,and studies the economy of comprehensive utilization of monazite slag to recover valuable elements.The research shows that the process is feasible and has high economic value.
