电解铝企业由于电解生产特性,技术指标难以取得突破性进展。本文通过实施纵横双向管理模式创新,通过创新建立管理考核激励体系,实施管理创新、技术创新、模式创新,实现管理水平的纵向提高和业务技能的横向拓展,促进了企业的安全管理、指标优化和现场管理水平的大幅提升,不断推动电解铝行业的进步和发展。
