铝电解过程中的节能降耗措施研究

摘要 金属铝主要通过铝电解反应得到,该反应在实际生产中会消耗大量的电能和其他相关的物质材料,需要企业投入的成本较高。要保证企业良好的经济效益,需要采取科学的措施,有效控制生产过程中的能源消耗,从而降低生产的成本投入。文章对铝电解过程进行了概述,同时提出了节能降耗的控制措施,旨在进一步降低铝电解过程中的能源消耗。 Aluminum is mainly obtained through aluminum electrolysis reaction,which consumes a lot of electric energy and other related materials in actual production,and requires high cost of enterprise investment.To ensure the good economic benefits of enterprises,it is necessary to take scientific measures to effectively control the energy consumption in the production process,so as to reduce the cost of production.In this paper,the process of aluminum electrolysis is summarized,and the control measures of energy saving and consumption reduction are put forward to further reduce the energy consumption in the process of aluminum electrolysis.
