中国民营经济高质量发展空间关联网络结构特征及影响因素分析

An Analysis of the Characteristics and Influencing Factors of the High-Quality Development Space of Chinese Private Economy and an Analysis of Influencing Factors

了解民营经济高质量发展的空间关联网络结构状态及其影响因素,对促进民营经济实现高质量发展具有重要作用。以2014年至2021年我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)民营经济的省际面板数据为样本,基于修正后的引力模型测算民营经济高质量发展空间关联关系,在此基础上运用社会网络分析法(SNA)和二次指派程序(QAP)探究其空间关联网络结构整体、个体、块模特征及其影响因素。结果表明:我国民营经济高质量发展的空间关联网络结构特征相对稳定,并具有一定等级性;省际民营经济高质量发展的空间关联网络可以分为四个板块;城市距离对民营经济高质量发展的空间关联强度产生显著负向作用,科技投入水平差异、贸易经济水平差异和经济发展水平差异对其产生显著正向影响。研究结果可为推动民营经济高质量发展及引导省际民营经济形成高质量发展的关联网络结构提供参考。

Our economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.As an important part of the private economy,the private economy must be transformed into high-quality development with new development concepts.The research takes the inter-provincial panel data of private economy in 31 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China from 2014 to 2021 as samples,and calculates the spatial correlation of high-quality development of private economy based on the revised gravity model.On this basis,the(SNA)method and QAP analysis method are used to analyze the overall,individual,block model characteristics and influencing factors of the spatial correlation network structure of high-quality development of inter-provincial private economy.The results show that,the high-quality development space of my country’s private economy has a relatively stable characteristics,which needs to be improved and has a certain level;the high-quality space-related network between the private economy between the provinces is divided into four sectors;the level of science and technology investment,trade economy and economic development helps the formation of space-related networks.Strengthening the related relationship of the inter-provincial space-related network of private economy and formulating differentiated policies will help to achieve the high-quality coordinated development of private economy across regions in my country.
