论大气环境质量中臭氧污染物浓度持续偏高的原因分析及对策建议

摘要 2021年区域性(以江苏省为例)的大气污染物臭氧浓度有8个月以上有不同程度超标,有7个月臭氧成为主要污染物,2022年大气质量达标率最低下降到60%以下,严重影响了大气环境质量。本文分析了与臭氧相关的污染物影响因素以及当前采取的主要控制措施的有效性,提出解决问题的办法。 In 2021,the ozone concentration of regional air pollutants(taking Jiangsu Province as an example)exceeded the standard in varying degrees for more than 8 months,and ozone became the main pollutant in 7 months.In 2022,the minimum rate of reaching the standard of air quality dropped to less than 60%,seriously affecting the quality of the atmospheric environment.This paper analyzes the impact factors of pollutants related to ozone and the effectiveness of the main control measures currently taken,and puts forward solutions to the problem.
