摘要
本研究对高离子度的阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM+)在石墨乳废水处理中的应用展开研究。通过对比酸析、氯化钙和混凝等破乳方法的效果,确定了混凝沉淀在石墨乳废水处理中的优势。在混凝沉淀实验中,通过调整PAM+离子度和pH值的不同组合,确定了PAC+PAM+混凝沉淀的最佳反应条件为:反应的pH值为8.5,PAM+离子度选择70,COD_(Cr)的去除率高达47%。研究结果表明:高离子度PAM+在石墨乳废水的预处理中表现出高效性、稳定性和经济实用性。
This study focuses on the application of high ionicity cationic polyacrylamide(PAM+)in the treatment of graphite milk wastewater.By comparing the effectiveness of acid precipitation,calcium chloride,and coagulation,the advantages of coagulation precipitation in the treatment of graphite milk wastewater are determined.In the coagulation and precipitation experiments,different combinations of PAM+ionicity and pH values are adjusted,the optimal reaction conditions for PAC+PAM+coagulation and precipitation are determined to be a reaction pH value of 8.5 and a PAM+ionicity of 70,achieving a COD_(Cr) removal rate as high as 47%.The research results demonstrate that high ionicity PAM+exhibits efficiency,stability,and economic practicality in the pretreatment of graphite milk wastewater.
