摘要
“智慧情报”意指情报领域的智能化,包括情报手段智能化和认知服务智能化。文章对智慧情报所涉及的诸如知识检测、知识发现、知识创造和知识工程等概念工具与实施手段进行阐述,通过对智慧情报的事实刻画来展现情报专业智慧,提出运用“情报智慧”迎接“智慧情报”。
“Smart intelligence”refers to the AI-support information practice,in the fields of means and cognitive services.This article elaborates on the concept,tools,and implementation methods of smart intelligence,showcasing professional smart through factual depiction of intellective information practice,and proposing the use of“wisdom of information practice”to welcome“Smart intelligence”.
