摘要
围绕梯形轨枕有砟轨道在城际铁路中适应性问题,测试城际列车以80~176 km/h通过半径为1432 m曲线地段时梯形轨枕有砟轨道系统动力性能指标,对比梯形轨枕有砟轨道和普通Ⅲ型枕动力性能。运用车辆与轨道动力相互作用原理和有限元方法建立曲线地段梯形轨枕有砟轨道动力学模型,进一步评估城际列车以不同速度通过时的行车安全性及舒适性。研究结果表明:(1)列车实际通过曲线地段梯形轨枕有砟轨道时的安全性和轨道结构稳定性均满足规范要求;(2)梯形轨枕有砟轨道较普通Ⅲ型枕有更良好的减振性能,车速从80提高至176 km/h时,减振效果从8.3降低至6.2 dB;(3)考虑道床横向阻力非线性特性的车辆与轨道动力相互作用分析表明,随着车速增大,梯形轨枕有砟轨道动力响应增大,列车运行安全性和舒适性均降低,但仍满足规范要求,其中车辆与轨道的横向动力响应受车速影响更为明显。
Focusing on the adaptability of ballasted track with trapezoidal sleepers in intercity railway,the dynamic performance index of the track system was tested when the intercity train passed through the curved section with 1432 m radius of curvature at the speed of 80 km/h-176 km/h,and the dynamic performance of trapezoidal sleeper and ordinary type III sleeper was compared.Based on the principle of vehicle-track dynamic interaction and the finite element method,the dynamic analysis model of trapezoidal sleeper ballasted track in curved section was established and the driving safety and comfort of intercity train passing at different speeds were further evaluated.The research results show that:(1)The actual operation safety of the train and the stability of the track structure on trapezoidal sleeper ballasted track in the curved section meet the requirements of the code;(2)Trapezoidal sleeper ballasted track has better vibration damping performance than ordinary type III sleeper.When the speed increases from 80 km/h to 176 km/h,its vibration damping effect decreases from 8.3 to 6.2 dB;(3)The analysis of the dynamic interaction between vehicle and track considering the nonlinear characteristics of the lateral resistance of track bed shows that with the increase of speed,the dynamic response of trapezoidal sleeper ballasted track increases,and the safety and comfort of train operation are reduced,but they still meet the requirements of the code.The lateral dynamic response of the vehicle and track is more obviously affected by the speed.
