内河混合动力船舶智能能效管理系统研制及应用

摘要 以7500吨级混合动力散货船为研究对象,开发一套适用于内河混合动力船舶的智能能效管理系统,通过采用能效评估算法和灰盒航速优化算法,实现能效分析评估功能和航速优化功能,并提供燃料信息管理和报告管理等辅助功能。在实船应用中经过模型训练和运营测试验证,该系统能够为船舶提供有效的航速优化建议,降低3.07%的油耗。 An intelligent energy efficiency management system suitable for hybrid powered inland ships was developed based on a 7500 ton hybrid powered bulk carrier.By energy efficiency evaluation algorithms and grey box speed optimization algorithms,energy efficiency analysis and evaluation functions and speed optimization functions were realized,and auxiliary functions such as fuel information management and report management were provided.Through model training and operational testing in actual ship applications,it is verified that the system can provide effective speed optimization suggestions for ships,reducing fuel consumption by 3.07%.
