摘要
利用ANSYS软件对风载荷下高空作业车辆的作业臂结构进行了研究,详细说明了3D模型的设定、组合类型的选择、网状分割、制约条件及负荷处理。同时分析了不同可伸缩臂之间的应力集中点,为工作车辆的设计和变换提供了理论基础。
The structure of the working arm of the aerial working vehicle under wind load is analyzed and studied by ANSYS.The setting of 3D model,selection of combination type,mesh segmentation,restriction conditions and load processing are described in detail.At the same time,the stress concentration point between different telescopic boom is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and transformation of the working vehicle.
