基于三维环境下汽轮机轴系找正研究

摘要 为了提高轴系找正效率,针对火力发电厂汽轮机组轴系找正检修工作,提出一种基于三维环境下的轴系找正方法,该方法省去了传统方法的计算过程,在保证结果准确的前提下可以提高找正效率。首先基于三维软件SolidWorks建立轴系模型,根据配合关系调整张口、偏心值,调整后观察汽轮机支撑轴瓦的坐标变化,从而得到轴瓦需要调整的量;然后基于Simulink建立轴系找正的数学模型,得到轴瓦需要调整的量;两者联合仿真后,验证了采用三维环境下调整轴瓦方法进行轴系调整的正确性。 In order to improve the shafting alignment efficiency,aiming at the shafting alignment and maintenance of steam turbine units in thermal power plants,a shafting alignment method based on three-dimensional environment is proposed,which omits the calculation process of traditional methods and ensures the accuracy of the results and can improve the alignment efficiency.Firstly,the shafting model is established based on the three-dimensional software SolidWorks,and the opening and eccentricity values are adjusted according to the fit relationship.After adjustment,the coordinate change of the steam turbine supporting bearing is observed,and the amount of bearing that needs to be adjusted is obtained.Then the mathematical model of shafting alignment is established based on Simulink environment,and the amount of bearing bush needs to be adjusted is obtained.After the joint simulation,the correctness of the method for shafting adjustment is verified.
