摘要
双线制铠装加热器空速管是一种新型铠装加热器空速管,它的加热器为闭合回路,与产品壳体绝缘,安全性、兼容性、防差错功能优于单线制空速管产品。该型空速管已广泛应用于无人机、导弹、运输机、小型飞机等各类飞机上,订货量增幅大,市场前景广阔。通过分析影响双线制铠装加热器空速管绝缘电阻的各种因素,以及这些因素对绝缘电阻的作用机理,提出对这些影响因素的控制措施,以提高双线制铠装加热器空速管绝缘电阻的合格率。
The air-speed tube of double-wire armored heater is a new type of air-speed tube of armored heater developed recently.Its heater is a closed loop,insulated from the product shell,and its safety,compatibility and error prevention functions are better than those of single-wire airspeed tube products.This type of airspeed tube has been widely used in all kinds of aircraft,such as UAV,missile,transport aircrafts,small aircraft,etc.It is widely used,the order quantity increases greatly,and the market prospect is broad.Based on the analysis of the various factors affecting the airspeed tube insulation resistance of the double-wire armored heater and the action mechanism of these factors on the insulation resistance,this paper puts forward the control measures of the influencing factors in order to improve the qualified rate of the airspeed tube insulation resistance of the two-wire armored heater.
