摘要
基于先进的自动化技术和计算机控制技术,探讨了乳化液泵站的变频控制技术。首先阐述了乳化液泵站的运行原理和存在的问题,然后通过PID压力控制、变频器保护配置、人机界面等实现了对乳化液泵站的自动化控制,并通过实际案例分析验证了该技术的有效性和实用性。
This article explores the frequency conversion control technology of emulsion pump stations based on advanced automation technology and computer control technology.Firstly,the operation principle and existing problems of emulsion pumping station are expounded,and then the automatic control of emulsion pumping station is realized through PID pressure control,frequency converter protection configuration,man-machine interface and so on.The effectiveness and practicability of this technology are verified by actual case analysis.
