点阵CO_(2)激光综合模式治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of fractional CO_(2) laser comprehensive mode in treating facial atrophic acne scars

目的 观察点阵二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光综合模式治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的临床效果。方法 125例面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者,根据接受点阵CO_(2)激光治疗模式不同分为综合组(77例)和对照组(48例)。综合组患者接受综合模式治疗,对照组患者接受单纯扫描模式治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分、治疗时疼痛评分、结痴期时间、红斑期时间、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 第2次治疗前、第3次治疗前、第3次治疗后3个月,两组VSS评分均较本组治疗前显著下降,且综合组患者VSS评分(9.05±1.52)、(7.37±0.41)、(4.52±1.17)分均显著低于对照组的(10.43±1.37)、(9.85±1.26)、(7.36±1.25)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者第1、2、3次治疗时疼痛评分及结痴期、红斑期时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。综合组患者治疗总有效率为96.10%,高于对照组的85.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用点阵CO_(2)激光综合模式治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者,可显著改善瘢痕严重程度,获得理想的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fractional carbon dioxide(CO_(2))laser comprehensive mode in treating facial atrophic acne scars.Methods A total of 125 patients with facial atrophic acne scars were divided into a comprehensive group(77 cases)and a control group(48 cases)according to different treatment modes of fractional CO_(2)laser.Patients in the comprehensive group received comprehensive mode treatment,while patients in the control group received simple scanning mode treatment.Both groups were compared in terms of score of Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)before and after treatment,pain score during treatment,scabbing time,duration of erythema stage,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results Before the second treatment,before the third treatment and 3 months after the third treatment,VSS score in both groups was significantly decreased compared with that before the treatment in this group;VSS scores were(9.05±1.52),(7.37±0.41)and(4.52±1.17)points in the comprehensive group,which were significantly lower than those of(10.43±1.37),(9.85±1.26)and(7.36±1.25)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores,scabbing time and duration of erythema stage between the two groups at the 1st,2nd and 3rd treatments(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive group was 96.10%,which was higher than that of 85.42%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of facial atrophic acne scars,fractional CO_(2)laser comprehensive mode can significantly improve the severity of the scar and obtain ideal therapeutic effect.
