传统三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性小儿胃炎的效果观察

Effect observation of traditional triple therapy on Helicobacter pylori-positive gastritis in children

目的 研究对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性小儿胃炎患儿实施传统三联疗法的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析82例幽门螺杆菌阳性小儿胃炎患儿的临床资料,依据随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患儿予以临床常规治疗,观察组患儿开展传统三联疗法治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、症状改善时间、幽门螺杆菌消除率及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组患儿治疗优良率97.56%高于对照组的85.37%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿症状改善时间(5.12±1.22)d短于对照组的(7.61±2.44)d,不良反应发生率7.32%低于对照组的24.39%,幽门螺杆菌消除率95.12%高于对照组的80.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 幽门螺杆菌阳性小儿胃炎应用传统三联疗法治疗能取得理想的效果,促进幽门螺杆菌消除,值得临床参考。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional triple therapy on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive gastritis in children.Methods The clinical data of 82 children with Helicobacter pylori-positive gastritis were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random lottery method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional clinical treatment,and the observation group received traditional triple therapy.The therapeutic effect,symptom improvement time,elimination rate of Helicobacter pylori and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of disease treatment of 97.56%in the observation group was higher than that of 85.37%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of(5.12±1.22)d in the observation group was shorter than that of(7.61±2.44)d in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions of 7.32%was lower than that of 24.39%in the control group, and the elimination rate of Helicobacter pylori of 95.12% was higher than that of 80.49% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For children with Helicobacter pylori-positive gastritis, the application of traditional triple therapy can achieve ideal therapeutic effect and promote the elimination of Helicobacter pylori, which is worthy of clinical reference.
