少腹逐瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨少腹逐瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床应用效果。方法 160例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据治疗对策不同分为对照组和实验组,每组80例。对照组应用西药(吲哚美辛栓)治疗,实验组应用中药(少腹逐瘀汤)治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果以及血清炎症因子(白细胞介素-8、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α)水平。结果 治疗后,实验组治疗总有效率96.25%高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组白细胞介素-8(13.58±1.65)ng/ml、超敏C反应蛋白(2.00±0.36)mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(2.05±0.51)μg/L均低于对照组的(20.12±3.25)ng/ml、(4.95±0.65)mg/L、(3.65±0.52)μg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性盆腔炎属于临床常见病,予以患者少腹逐瘀汤进行干预效果确切,不仅可保证治疗效果,还可改善患者血清炎性指标,符合临床治疗需求,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to different treatment strategies,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine(indomethacin suppositories),and the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine(Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction).The therapeutic effect and the levels of serum inflammatory factors(interleukin-8,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 96.25%in the experimental group was higher than that of 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The interleukin-8 in the experimental group was(13.58±1.65)ng/ml,the hypersensitive C-reactive protein was(2.00±0.36)mg/L,and the tumor necrosis factor-αwas(2.05±0.51)μg/L,which were lower than those of(20.12±3.25)ng/ml,(4.95±0.65)mg/L,and(3.65±0.52)μg/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is a common clinical disease.The intervention effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction is accurate.It can not only ensure the therapeutic effect,but also improve the serum inflammatory indexes of patients,meet the needs of clinical treatment,and is worth popularizing.
