盐酸坦索罗辛联合地奥司明治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效性及实施价值研究

Efficacy and Implementation Value Study of Combining Tamsulosin Hydrochloride and Doxazosin in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

摘要 目的 本文旨在分析盐酸坦索罗辛联合地奥司明治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效性及实施价值。方法 本研究招募了我院100例慢性前列腺炎患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用了盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,观察组则采用了盐酸坦索罗辛联合地奥司明治疗。收集患者治疗前后排尿功能指标,评估美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现有疼痛强度(PPI),分析治疗效果,探讨盐酸坦索罗辛与地奥司明对慢性前列腺炎的临床价值。结果 经过治疗后,观察组和对照组最大尿流率(MFR)、平均尿流率(AFR)较治疗前均升高,NIH-CPSI评分、VAS和PPI评分、前列腺液白细胞水平较治疗前降低(均P <0.05)。治疗后组间比较显示,观察组的MFR、AFR高于对照组,NIH-CPSI评分、VAS和PPI评分、前列腺液白细胞水平低于对照组(均P <0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为92.00%,复发率为10.00%,对照组的治疗总有效率为76.00%,复发率为30.00%,组间比较显示,观察组总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 盐酸坦索罗辛联合地奥司明治疗慢性前列腺炎具有良好疗效,临床价值高。 Objective This article aims to analyze the effectiveness and implementation of combined treatment of tamsulosin hydrochloride and doxazosin mesylate for chronic prostatitis.Methods We collected 100 cases of chronic prostatitis patients in our hospital for the study.Based on different treatment plans,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received treatment with tamsulosin hydrochloride,while the observation group received treatment with combined tamsulosin hydrochloride and doxazosin mesylate.We collected urinary function indicators before and after treatment,evaluated the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIHCPSI),Visual Analog Scale(VAS),and present pain intensity(PPI),and analyzed the treatment effect to explore the clinical value of tamsulosin hydrochloride and doxazosin mesylate in chronic prostatitis.Results After treatment,the maximum flow rate(MFR)and average flow rate(AFR)in the observation group and control group increased compared to before treatment,while NIH-CPSI scores,VAS scores,present pain intensity,and levels of white blood cells in prostatic fluid decreased compared to before treatment(all P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that MFR and AFR were higher in the observation group than in the control group,while NIH-CPSI scores,VAS scores,present pain intensity,and levels of white blood cells in the prostatic fluid were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the observation group was 92.00%,with a recurrence rate of 10.00%,while in the control group,the total effectiveness rate was 76.00%,with a recurrence rate of 30.00%.The intergroup comparison revealed that the observation group had a significantly higher total effectiveness rate and a lower recurrence rate than the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions Combined treatment with tamsulosin hydrochloride and doxazosin mesylate has good efficacy and high clinical value for treating chronic prostatitis.
