低位小切口手术治疗甲状腺良性结节的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Low Small Incision Surgery for Benign Thyroid Nodules

目的 研究甲状腺结节使用低位小切口手术治疗的临床应用效果。方法 将2022年7月至2023年7月在我院进行治疗的患有甲状腺良性结节患者100例作为试验对象,结合双盲法分组,即参照组、试验组各50例。参照组施行传统手术治疗,试验组使用低位小切口手术治疗。比对两组患者的手术指标、并发症发生概率、治疗效果、手术前后的应激指标、生活质量以及甲状腺激素水平变化。结果 试验组的手术指标数据均小于参照组(P <0.05);参照组并发症发生概率高于试验组(P <0.05);试验组的治疗结果高于参照组(P <0.05);手术后试验组应激指标低于参照组(P <0.05);参照组手术后的生活质量差于试验组(P <0.05);试验组患者术后3个月的各项甲状腺激素水平高于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 针对甲状腺良性结节使用低位小切口手术进行治疗的临床效果理想,能够防止并发症发生,提升生活质量,缓解术中应激指标,改善甲状腺激素水平。

Objective To study the clinical application effect of using low small incision surgery for thyroid nodules.Methods One hundred patients with benign thyroid nodules treated in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were treated as experimental subjects,combined with the double-blind method of grouping,with 50 patients in each of the reference group and experimental group.The reference group was treated with traditional surgery,and the experimental group was treated with low-level small incision surgery.The surgical indexes,complication probability,therapeutic effect,stress indexes before and after surgery,quality of life and thyroid hormone level changes were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical indexes of the experimental group were lower to those of the reference group(P<0.05);the probability of complications in the reference group was higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05);the therapeutic results of the experimental group were higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the stress indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the quality of life of the reference group was worse than that of the experimental group(P<0.05);the levels of thyroid hormones of the experimental group were higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05)in the first 3 months of the operation.months after surgery;the levels of thyroid hormones in the experimental group were higher to those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of low small incision surgery for benign thyroid nodules is ideal,which can prevent complications,improve quality of life,relieve intraoperative stress,and improve thyroid hormone levels.
