2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者应用缬沙坦结合硝苯地平控释片治疗的临床效果及安全性观察

Clinical efficacy and safety of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes nephropathy with hypertension

目的 探讨缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片两种药物联用治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)合并高血压的价值。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月收治的78例DN并发高血压患者,按治疗用药分成两组,各39例。对照组在治疗中单用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组以缬沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗。比较两组血压控制效果、血压达标率、肾功能指标、肾血管内皮功能指标。结果 治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组Hcy、CysC、UAER低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组TM低于对照组,Ang-Ⅰ、Ang-Ⅱ指标高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 缬沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗DN合并高血压效果令人欣喜,可获得良好的血压控制效果,同时具有保护肾功能、肾血管功能的作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes nephropathy(DN)complicated with hypertension.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,78 patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy complicated with hypertension were selected and retrospectively divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets.Compare the blood pressure control effect,blood pressure compliance rate,renal function indicators,and renal vascular endothelial function indicators between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hcy,CysC,and UAER in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower TM indicators and higher Ang-Ⅰand Ang-Ⅱindicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablet has an ideal effect in the treatment of DN complicated with hypertension,which can achieve good blood pressure control effect and protect renal function and renal vascular function.
