紧张性头痛患者接受按摩结合辨证刮痧护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Massage Combined with Syndrome Differentiation and Scraping Nursing on Patients with Tension Headache

目的 探讨对紧张性头痛患者予以按摩结合辨证刮痧护理的效果。方法 择取2020年6月至2021年6月收治的106例紧张性头痛患者,随机分组,纳入研究者均予以常规西药治疗,对照组予以常规护理(53例),观察组予以按摩结合辨证刮痧护理(53例),对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后,观察组头痛程度评分更低,头痛持续时间短于对照组,头痛发生频次少于对照组(P <0.05);观察组BA、VAL以及VAR血流速度低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组生活质量及护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对紧张性头痛患者予以按摩结合辨证刮痧护理的效果显著,不仅减轻头痛程度,使头痛持续时间缩短,改善头痛症状,还能改善颅内动脉血流动力学,从而促进病情加速康复,提高生活质量和护理满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of massage combined with dialectical scraping nursing on patients with tension headache.Methods One hundred and six patients with tension headaches admitted from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.All participants received routine western medicine treatment,while the control group received routine care(53 cases)and the observation group received massage combined with syndrome differentiation and scraping care(53 cases).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the observation group had a lower score for headache severity,a shorter duration of headache,and a lower frequency of headache occurrence than the control group(P<0.05);The blood flow velocities of BA,VAL,and VAR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of massage and dialectical scraping nursing for patients with tension headache has a significant effect.It can not only alleviate the degree of headache,shorten the duration of headache,improve headache symptoms,but also improve intracranial arterial hemodynamics,thereby promoting accelerated recovery,improving quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
