工作程序表指导的手术室护理对肺癌胸腔镜根治术患者术中风险率的影响

The Impact of Operating Room Nursing Guided by the Work Procedure Table on the Intraoperative Risk Rate of Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Radical Surgery for Lung Cancer

目的 研究工作程序表指导的手术室护理对肺癌胸腔镜根治术患者术中风险率的影响。方法 选择2020年3月至2023年3月接受肺癌胸腔镜根治术的患者85例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42例,常规护理)与试验组(n=43例,工作程序表指导的手术室护理)。对比两组患者术中风险率、留置胸管引流时间、心理状态、肺功能指标、运动能力指标以及生活质量评分。结果 护理后试验组术中风险率、留置胸管引流时间、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组肺功能指标、运动能力指标以及生活质量评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 工作程序表指导的手术室护理可以降低肺癌胸腔镜根治术患者的术中风险率,减少手术不良反应发生率,促进患者的术后恢复。在实践中应该重视工作程序表的使用,以提高护理质量与患者安全。

Objective To study the impact of operating room nursing guided by the work procedure table on the intraoperative risk rate of patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer.Methods 85 patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=42 cases,routine care)and an experimental group(n=43 cases,operating room care guided by the work procedure table)according to the random number table method.Compare the intraoperative risk rate,indwelling chest tube drainage time,psychological status,lung function indicators,exercise ability indicators,and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients.Results After nursing care,the intraoperative risk rate,indwelling thoracic tube drainage time,SAS,SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The lung function indicators,exercise ability indicators,and quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The operating room nursing guided by the work procedure table can reduce the intraoperative risk rate of patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer,reduce the incidence of surgical adverse reactions,and promote postoperative recovery of patients.In practice,attention should be paid to the use of work procedure sheets to improve nursing quality and patient safety.
