子宫肌瘤合并高血压实施需求导向护理+多学科融合护理的影响

The Impact of Implementing Demand Oriented Nursing and Multidisciplinary Integrated Nursing for Uterine Fibroids Complicated with Hypertension

目的 本研究旨在探讨子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者开展需求导向护理+多学科融合护理的效果,并观察其对该病的影响。方法选择2020年1月1日至2023年6月30日收治的子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者90例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45例,常规护理干预)与试验组(n=45例,需求导向护理+多学科融合护理)。对比两组子宫肌瘤体积、血压指标、肾上激素分泌情况以及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组子宫肌瘤体积、血压指标以及并发症发生率均低于对照组,同时,试验组皮质醇(Cor)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)以及肾上腺素(E)指标水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者开展需求导向护理+多学科融合护理可有效改善患者的疾病控制水平,降低不良反应的发生率,并提高患者的生活质量与心理健康水平。

Objective This study aims to explore the effectiveness of demand oriented nursing and multidisciplinary integrated nursing for patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension,and observe its impact on the disease.Methods Ninety patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension admitted from January 1,2020 to June 30,2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=45 cases,routine nursing intervention)and an experimental group(n=45 cases,demand oriented nursing+multidisciplinary integrated nursing)according to the random number table method.Compare the volume of uterine fibroids,blood pressure indicators,renal hormone secretion,and incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The volume of uterine fibroids,blood pressure indicators,and incidence of complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.At the same time,the levels of cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE),and adrenaline(E)indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Demand-oriented nursing combined with multidisciplinary integrated nursing for patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension can effectively improve their disease control level,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve their quality of life and mental health.
