高压氧联合路径式早期康复护理在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果

The Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Pathway Based Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

目的分析高压氧联合路径式早期康复护理在缺血性脑卒中(CIS)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月至2023年4月于烟台市莱阳中心医院就诊的CIS患者120例,参照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组60例患者采取常规护理措施,研究组60例患者采取高压氧联合路径式早期康复护理。针对两组患者的神经功能[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、步行功能[功能性步行量表(FAC)]、肢体运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)]、生活质量[脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)]、日常生活活动能力[改良Barthel指数(BI)]评分,以及护理满意度进行比较。结果两组干预前NIHSS、FMA、FAC、BI、SS-QOL分值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组干预3个月后的NIHSS分值较对照组低,FMA、FAC、BI、SS-QOL分值均较对照组高(均P<0.001)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.038)。结论高压氧联合路径式早期康复护理能够有效改善CIS患者的神经功能,促进肢体运动与步行能力恢复,保障日常生活活动能力与生活质量,且提高了护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with pathway based early rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods A total of 120 CIS patients admitted to Laiyang Central Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study divided into two groups according to a random number table.The control group consisted of 60 patients who received routine nursing measures,while the study group consisted of 60 patients who received hyperbaric oxygen combined with pathway based early rehabilitation care.Compare the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Fugl Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA),Functional Walking Scale(FAC),Modified Barthel Index(BI),Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)scores,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.Results There was no difference in the scores of NIHSS,FMA,FAC,BI,and SS-QOL between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);After 3 months of intervention,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the scores of FMA,FAC,BI,and SS-QOL were all higher than those of the control group(all P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.038).Conclusions The combination of hyperbaric oxygen and pathway based early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the neurological function of CIS patients,promote the recovery of limb movement and walking ability,ensure daily living activities and quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.It has clinical application value.
