雷火灸合并电刺激减轻人工流产术后腹痛和出血的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined with Electric Stimulation on Reducing Postoperative Abdominal Pain and Bleeding After Induced Abortion

目的 本研究选择人工流产术后的患者使用雷火炙合并电刺激治疗后,观察其疼痛程度、出血量的效果影响。方法 本研究选取在于都县妇幼保健院门诊行人工流产术后妇女60例为研究对象,按照研究方法的不同分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者30例,术后麻醉清醒后,给予常规护理;观察组患者30例,在观察组术后麻醉清醒后即给予低频脉冲电波刺激骶尾两侧,合并在下腹部采用雷火灸保持适宜温度治疗20 min,每日1次,连续3天;通过观察两组患者的治疗效果、腹痛程度、出血量、子宫内膜厚度、月经复潮时间、满意度等,比较效果。结果 治疗前,两组生活质量评分、腹痛症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分均升高,其中观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组腹痛症状积分均降低,其中观察组腹痛症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组月经复潮时间短于对照组,术后2周子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,术后出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率、满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 雷火灸合并电刺激减轻人工流产术后腹痛和出血的疗效确切,可缓解腹痛和减少出血,加速子宫功能恢复,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective This study selected patients who underwent artificial abortion and treated with lightning fire combined with electrical stimulation to observe the effect of pain level and bleeding volume.Methods This study selected 60 women who underwent abortion in our outpatient department as the research subjects,and divided them into a control group and an observation group according to different research methods.30 patients in the control group were given routine care after postoperative anesthesia and awakening;30 patients in the observation group were given low-frequency pulse electric waves to stimulate both sides of the sacrococcygeal region after postoperative anesthesia and awakening.Thunder fire moxibustion was used to maintain a suitable temperature in the lower abdomen for 20 minutes,once a day,for 3 consecutive days;Compare the therapeutic effects,degree of abdominal pain,bleeding volume,endometrial thickness,menstrual cycle recovery time,and satisfaction between the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the quality of life scores and abdominal pain symptom scores of the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were elevated,with the quality of life scores of the observation group higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the abdominal pain symptom scores of the two groups were lowered,with the abdominal pain symptom scores of the observation group lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of menstrual recurrence in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the endometrial thickness was higher than that in the control group 2 weeks after the operation,and the amount of postoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and satisfaction of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of lightning fire moxibustion and electrical stimulation has a definite therapeutic effect on alleviating abdominal pain and bleeding after induced abortion,which can alleviate abdominal pain and reduce bleeding,accelerate uterine function recovery,improve patient quality of life,and increase patient satisfaction.
