基于Toll样受体4相关信号通路探讨中医药治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury Based on Toll-Like Receptor 4 Related Signaling Pathway

脑缺血再灌注损伤(CIRI)指通过血管再通手段恢复缺血脑组织血流供给后其功能未完全恢复,反而引起脑功能障碍进一步加重的现象。Toll样受体4(TLR4)的主要作用是介导免疫应答和炎症反应,与CIRI的发生发展密切相关。中医药治疗CIRI有独特优势,其可以通过多途径、多靶点调控TLR4相关信号通路、抑制脑组织炎症反应,已逐渐成为治疗CIRI的研究热点。本文主要综述了TLR4相关信号通路在CIRI中的作用及中医药通过调控该信号通路治疗CIRI的研究进展,以期为中医药防治CIRI提供客观依据。

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI)refers to the phenomenon that the function of ischemic brain tissue is not completely restored after the blood flow supply is restored by means of vascular recanalization,but the brain dysfunction is further aggravated.The main role of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)is to mediate immune response and inflammatory response,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of CIRI.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of CIRI,it can regulate TLR4 related signaling pathway and inhibit brain tissue inflammation through multiple pathways and multiple targets,and gradually becomes a research hotspot in the treatment of CIRI.This article reviews the role of TLR4 related signaling pathways in CIRI and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CIRI through regulating this signaling pathway,in order to provide an objective basis for the prevention and treatment of CIRI by traditional Chinese medicine.
