江西省“音体美”支教实习现状与对策研究——以袁州区五所支教学校为例

Current Situation of and Countermeasures for Music,Sports and Art Volunteer Teaching Practices in Jiangxi Province:a Case Study of Five Volunteer Teaching Schools in Yuanzhou District

从2017年开展江西省“音体美”支教实习试点至今,已经是支教实习第六个年头,该项目影响较大,推动了袁州区基层乡村“音体美”教育发展。该项目存在一定的必要性,缓解教师资源短缺、促进音体美教育可持续发展、改善留守儿童的心理危机、提升支教大学生的“自育”。在开展支教实习的过程中,也存在一定的不足,如人员遴选、教学及课堂管理能力、长效机制方面。试对袁州区五所支教学校的现状进行分析,提出相对应的解决策略:精准掌握学生实习意向;固本强基,完善见习、岗前培训体系建设;拓宽支教思路,建立长效机制;薪火相传,加强沟通。

Since the pilot of the music,sports and art volunteer teaching practices in Jiangxi province in 2017,it has been the sixth year of volunteer teaching practice.This project is necessary to alleviate the shortage of teacher resources,promote the sustainable development of music,sports,and art education,improve the psychological crisis of left behind children,and enhance the self-education of college students who participating in volunteer teaching.In the process of conducting volunteer teaching practices,there are also certain shortcomings,such as personnel selection,teaching and classroom management abilities,and long-term mechanisms.This article analyzes the current situation of five volunteer teaching schools in Yuanzhou district and proposes corresponding solutions.For example,grasping students'internship intentions;strengthening the foundation,improving the construction of internship and pre-job training systems;expanding the ideas of volunteer teaching and establishing a long-term mechanism;and passing down the flames and strengthening communication.
