高校深化优秀地域文化育人的多案例研究

Multiple Case Study of Deepening Excellent Regional Culture Education in Colleges and Universities

优秀地域文化代表着中华民族独特的精神标识,探索高校如何增进优秀地域文化的育人价值是“以文立心、以文铸魂”的热点问题,这需要以马克思主义文化观为行动导向、社会主义文化发展为目标导向、虚无主义为问题导向。通过多案例研究,发现六所典型案例高校在优秀地域文化育人上都取得了明显的实践成效,主要体现为增强了学生的文化自信、创新了文化育人方法、实现了特色文化辐射。这些高校都注重激发优秀地域文化的育人效力,在发挥优秀地域文化的引领力、感染力、影响力等方面存在一些异同点,呈现出彰显主流价值引领作用、紧扣地域实际创新教育内容与形式、激发创新创造活力等特点。因此,深化优秀地域文化育人实践,应提高对优秀地域文化育人的认识站位、利用“优秀地域文化+”模式增强教育实效、保障优秀地域文化内宣外宣的长期效能。

Excellent regional culture represents the unique spiritual identity of the Chinese nation.Exploring how universities can enhance the educational value of excellent regional culture is a hot issue of“putting culture at the heart and casting culture at the soul”.This requires a Marxist cultural perspective as the action orientation,socialist cultural development as the goal orientation,and nihilism as the problem orientation.Through multiple case studies,it was found that six typical case universities have achieved significant practical results in excellent regional cultural education,mainly reflected in inspiring students'cultural confidence,innovating cultural education methods,and achieving distinctive cultural radiation.These universities all focus on stimulating the educational effectiveness of excellent regional culture,and there are some similarities and differences in exerting its leadership,infectivity,and influence.They exhibit characteristics such as highlighting the leading role of mainstream value,closely adhering to regional reality,innovating educational content and forms,and stimulating innovation and creativity.Therefore,in order to deepen the practice of cultivating excellent regional culture,it is necessary to enhance the understanding of excellent regional culture education,utilize the“Excellent Regional Culture+”model to enhance educational effectiveness,and ensure the long-term effectiveness of internal and external promotion of excellent regional culture.
