质量三部曲理论与高职院校项目管理研究

摘要 本文以天津铁道职业技术学院创优赋能项目为例,基于朱兰质量三部曲理论,探讨职业院校项目管理的策略与方法,展开“一核·三元·三维”管理模式的实践探索,创新项目管理方式,以期解决当前高职院校面临的项目建设过程中的突出问题,带动学院内涵深化和整体改革。 Taking the project of excellence and empowerment of Tianjin Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper discusses the strategies and methods of project management in vocational colleges based on Dr.Joseph M.Juran's Trilogy or the Quality Trilogy,and explores the practice of the management mode of"one core principle-three supporting measures-three implementation ways",which is an innovative way of project management,with a view to solving the prominent problems in the process of project construction faced by the institutions at present.In order to solve the outstanding problems in the process of project construction faced by current higher vocational institutes,and drive the deepening of the connotation and overall reform of the Institutes.
