基于大数据背景下高职院校网络与数据安全治理体系研究——以天津城市职业学院为例

Research on Network and Data Security Governance System of Higher Vocational Institutes Based on the Background of Big Data——Take Tianjin City Vocational College as an Example

随着支撑教育管理、教学、科研等业务的信息系统互联互通,各院校都积累了大量的教育数据,而教育数据的合规使用与共享安全也成为未来要面临的问题。本文以一所高职院校为例,从网络与数据安全实施者的角度出发,探索并总结大数据时代背景下网络安全建设与数据安全治理工作的模式与实施路径,为相同规模的高职院校网络与数据安全治理工作提供参考。

The security of compliant use and sharing of educational data has become a problem to be faced in the future,as the interconnection of information systems supporting educational management,teaching,scientific research and other enterprises has accumulate a large amount of educational data in each institution.This paper takes a higher vocational institutes as an example to explore and summarise the mode and implementation path of network security construction and data security governance work in the context of big data era from the perspective of network and data security implementer,so as to provide a reference for network and data security governance work of similar-sized higher vocational institutes.
