埃及鲁班工坊校企合作国际化的挑战与对策

Challenges and Countermeasures for the Internationalisation of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Egypt's Luban Workshop

鲁班工坊是一种创新型职业教育国际化服务项目,其本质是校企合作的国际化,让中国技术技能、标准、装备、资源“走出去”并“走进去”,服务“一带一路”和国际产能合作。本文依托埃及鲁班工坊,从服务“走出去”产业、形成校企合作共同体、推进校企深度合作、推进人才培养培训四个方面,梳理埃及鲁班工坊校企合作国际化的实践探索,归纳校企合作国际化持续稳定的机制建设、校企合作国际化纵横发展的深度合作、构建可持续发展体系等问题,提出细化职业学校校企合作办法或细则、建立运行质量评价指标体系、加快教学资源建设等对策,推进鲁班工坊校企合作国际化高质量发展。

Lu Ban workshop is an innovative vocational education internationalisation service project,the essence of which is the internationalisation of school-enterprise cooperation,so that China's technical skills,standards,equipment and resources can go out and come in,serving the"One Belt,One Road"and international production capacity cooperation."and international production capacity co-operation.Relying on the Egyptian Luban workshop,this paper summarises the practice and exploration of internationalisation of school-enterprise cooperation in the Egyptian Luban workshop from the four aspects of serving the"going out"industry,forming a school-enterprise cooperation community,promoting in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and promoting talent cultivation and training,as well as the construction of a sustainable and stable mechanism for internationalisation of school-enterprise cooperation,in-depth cooperation,construction of a sustainable system,and the establishment of a sustainable system for the development of internationalisation of school-enterprise cooperation.It summarises the issues of sustainable and stable mechanism construction of school-enterprise cooperation,in-depth cooperation,and construction of sustainable development system,and puts forward countermeasures such as refining the methods or rules of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools,establishing the evaluation index system of operation quality,and accelerating the construction of teaching resources,so as to promote the high-quality development of internationalisation of school-enterprise cooperation in Luban workshop.
