血清IL-6、HE4、CA125水平对卵巢癌及其临床分期的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of serum IL-6,HE4,and CA125 for ovarian cancer and its clinical staging

目的:分析血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平对卵巢癌(OC)及其临床分期的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月前海人寿广州总医院收治的30例原发性OC患者(设为OC组)以及30例同期体检健康女性(设为对照组)为研究对象,收集研究对象血清IL-6、HE4、CA125水平等资料,对比两组研究对象以及不同分期OC患者血清IL-6、HE4、CA125水平,采用受试者工作(ROC)曲线分析血清IL-6、HE4、CA125水平对OC及其临床分期的诊断价值。结果:OC组研究对象血清IL-6、HE4、CA125水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ~Ⅱ期OC患者血清IL-6、HE4、CA125水平低于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清IL-6、HE4、CA125三者联合诊断OC及其临床分期的敏感度、特异度均高于三者单独诊断,AuC值大于单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OC患者血清IL-6、HE4、CA125水平较高,三者联合检测对OC及其临床分期的早期诊断有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),human epitope protein 4(HE4),and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)on ovarian cancer(OC)and its clinical stage.Methods Thirty patients with primary OC(OC group)and 30 healthy women(control group)admitted to Guangzhou General Hospital of Qianhai Life from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The serum IL-6,HE4 and CA125 levels of the research objects were collected.The serum IL-6,HE4 and CA125 levels of the two groups of research objects and OC patients with different stages were compared.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of serum IL-6,HE4 and CA125 levels for OC and its clinical stages.Results The levels of serum IL-6,HE4 and CA125 in the OC group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,HE4 and CA125 in patients with stageⅠ-II OC were lower than those in patients with stageⅢ-IV OC,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity of serum IL-6,HE4 and CA125 in the combined diagnosis of OC and its clinical stage were higher than those of the three alone,and the AUC value was higher than that of the three alone,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions IL-6,HE4 and CA125 are highly expressed in OC,and the combination of the three tests can improve the early diagnosis of OC,and also has an important reference value for the clinical staging of patients.
